We are proud to announce the completion of our 2015 Strategic Plan, a result of a consultancy with Cause & Effect’s Gayle Gifford, ACFRE, funded with a grant from the Rhode Island Foundation. This 6-month project included interviews with community members, staff, volunteers, young people, and parents, to help us plan for long-term organizational durability. We are very proud of this work.
